Loan and account applications
When you submit a loan or account-opening application, we process the information in the form together with the supporting documents you upload, including identity documents. This data is used solely to handle your request. Identity documents are automatically deleted after the decision, according to the configured retention period, in line with the data-minimisation principle.
Client area
Where a client area has been set up for you, your e-mail address and an encrypted password are used to authenticate you. A strictly necessary session cookie keeps you signed in; it is not used for tracking and expires at the end of the session.
Hosting and processors
The site is hosted on professional infrastructure within the European Union. The host acts as a processor and may record technical logs (IP address, time and type of request) for security and operational purposes. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
Data security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access control and data minimisation — to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
No automated decision-making
No decision producing legal effects concerning you is taken solely on the basis of automated processing: every request is reviewed by a person.
Complaint to a supervisory authority
